Thank you for registration as an Anthrocon 2008 Supersponsor! We honestly could not make Anthrocon work without your generous support. Supersponsors who pre-register are cordially invited to a luncheon with our guests of honor, to be held on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at 11:30 AM. It will take place in the Allegheny Ballroom I on the 3rd floor of the Westin Hotel. Please note that this is a different time and location from previous years.

This year we are able to offer a choice of four sumptuous dishes. Each is served with a plate of seasonal fresh fruit, iced tea, and an irresistible chocolate mousse pie:

Chicken
olive oil basted French breast of chicken served with port wine shallot reduction, chive mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. 		Salmon
filet of salmon coated with sesame seeds served with garlic spinach and teriyaki sauce, steamed white rice and snap peas with carrots. 		Beef
marinated top sirloin steak, sliced and served with whole roasted redskin potatoes, seasonal vegetables and burgundy mushroom sauce. 		Vegetarian
fusilli pasta tossed with fresh garden vegetables in a creamy tomato vodka sauce.

We apologize, but we cannot offer substitutions or arrange special orders.

If you arrive at the convention before Friday afternoon, you will be able to pick up your badge and your Supersponsor Packet in the Butler Room on the second floor of the Westin. Inside the packet you will find a ticket that is color-coded to the type of entree you have chosen. Do not lose this ticket! You will need it to get in to the luncheon.

If you would like to bring along a friend who is not a supersponsor, you can purchase additional tickets ahead of time for $35 each. Just indicate below the number of extra guests and the type of entree those guests would like by placing a number in the appropriate box. You can mail payment via check or money order to ANTHROCON / PO Box 476 / Malvern, PA 19355 and be certain to write "for additional luncheon guests" in the memo line. NOTE! We must have the catering order finalized by June 20th, so we must receive all requests and all payments before that date. We regret that will not be able to add additional guests after that date.
