Possible suite open

My original room mate arrangments have changed and my potential back up my not be able to come through. I'll probably find out before the end of tomorrow night if things are gonna hold up, or if they fall through.

I have a few other options left that I'm going to explore so I should pretty much know what the deal is by Wednesday.

I basically have a one bed parlour suite at the Westin that goes for $230 USD a day if it were just me paying for it. I've booked it from the 4th to the 8th.

What I'm looking for:

I'm pretty easy going with a lot of things. While I know that not every person is the same, all I really ask is just for furs to have a general understanding of common courtesy, personal hygene and respect for your fellow roomates.

What I'm not looking for:

Drama, artificial joy outside of any drink you might have if you're into that, baby furry stuff and furs who skip town on hotel room payment I have nothing against baby furs themselves, but I just don't feel comfortable with baby furry stuff in general. Furs under 21 due to reasons below.

What to expect:

I'm a 31 year old Canadian male. I'm slowly getting my paws wet when it comes to fursuiting so this'll be my first attempt at testing the water. My suit doesn't take up a lot of space, and neither do I, so you'll have plenty of space to put your stuff in. I'll most likely have a room party as well, maybe two, so there will most likely be musics and alcohol there. I'm not sure what exactly I'm gonna be playing if I do, but it'll most likely be just some electronica and rock as background noise.

So yeah, in summary if I can't get my room arrangements sorted out by Wednesday, I'll be looking for a few good furs.
