Question of old con badges

It is perfectly acceptable to wear your conbadge from previous furry conventions. Heck, it's almost demanded that you do so- shows some of your character (no pun intended) as a seasoned conventioneer!

Of course, those badges will only be decorative- they won't allow you entrance into this year's convention places where you need a badge from this year.

But wear your older badges, and wear them with pride!!

Well, they won't get you into events, but there's no reason why you can't wear a previous year's badge. I have a lanyard which I keep a few of my "favorite" conbadges on from years past which I wear at each con I attend.

I will put it like this: I still wear my badges from 2003 and 2004 around, and have heard no complaints.

It seems to be that once a convention is over, that year's badge just becomes a spot of artwork to with what you will.

I'm planinng on wearing my ear tag on my fursuit that the Dorsai gave me last year. And hoping to get a new one.
