I can't find one that has the room numbers and the ballroom names on it. Found maps where the big stuff is labeled, but not smaller items. I'm trying to figure out where the heck I'm supposed to be running a panel, so I have some clue how much time I need to allow to go get art from the show and lug it to wherever it is this panel is.

If I remember correctly from last year, the 300 numbered rooms are all on the same level as the largest ballroom, Spirit of Pittsburgh.

I'm not as sure about where the smaller ballrooms are. I'm supposed to be in Butler and I see a bunch of other smaller ballrooms listed on schedule as well. Are those the ballrooms in the main hotel, vaguely near conops? Or are they somewhere else?

All of the "300" rooms are across the hallway from the entrance to the Spirit of Pittsburgh Ballroom, on the 3rd floor of the convention center.

The Butler Room, and all of the other "named" rooms (apart from Allegheny I) are on the 2nd floor of the Westin.

If you are a panelist and need to rush from one to the other, you can dart into the elevators near the ballroom, ride down one floor, and head across the skybridge. Usually we try to reserve those for fursuiters and people with special needs, but a hardworking panelist in a hurry counts as a special need!

Maps of the DLCC (in stunning 3D!) can be found at http://www.pittsburghcc.com/html/floorplans.htm

Unfortunately the actual trip to do the art panel is to take some pieces out of the show (already talked to Petercat), walk across the street, then go to the ballroom. Then reverse process.

Thank god for Trusty Assistants that can schlep things!

Now must actually finish writing talk and determine which of the pieces should be used for illustrative purposes...

It is the curse of having grown into such a humongous venue!
