Magic: the Gathering booster draft with original un- set!

SFNet: the Gathering (Beta Set)
* 198-card set (36 rare, 72 uncommon, 100 common)
* 36 booster packs made (15 cards each with 1 rare, 4 uncommons, and 10 commons)
* This set is reminiscent of an un- set (unhinged, unglued) except it contains some furry themes and many internet references.

12-player booster draft on Friday at 3 PM in Convention Center ROom 301 (Tabletop gaming). If no space is available, it will be held at the Zoo. If no space is available at the Zoo, it will be held in our hotel room.

Entry is free! We're doing this for the love of the game and the con. Prizes will be cards from the Alpha Set. This is a very relaxed tournament. The person who laughs the most is the true winner. You'll see spells that have hilarious effects, such as "Counter target spell in a different game that is being played in the same room at the same time as your game," or "Search your library for two basic land cards, reveal those cards, and put them into your pocket," or even the most powerful spell in the set, costing 11 mana, which has three lines of text. One of those three lines is "You lose the game." Don't worry, the set is balanced enough that real games of Magic can be played.

There are limited seats available (12). We already have about 8 or 9 players, so show up on time, or early, if you'd like to play! If you don't get to play, you can still look over others' shoulders and have many laughs every minute!
