Here's my tentative schedule - Works under the assumption that When I'm not someplace actually in an event, I may be called away and working on a problem.

Thrusday:
I have some setup and other things to take care of...will be wanting to get events all smoothed out for the weekend.

Friday:
1pm - 2pm "So this is your first Convention" - (panelist)
2:30 - 4:00pm - Fursuit Meet/Greet
4:00 - 5:30pm - Anthropoly (hosting)
7:00pm - ?? 2's Rant
10:00pm - fursuit friendly chess (viewing)
10:30pm - ??? DJ Rory's Funk Party

Saturday:
9am - Noon - Masquerade rehearsal
1:30pm - Fursuit Parade
3:00pm - Open Fursuit Dodgeball
3:30pm - 5:00pm Funday Pawpet Show (Puppeteer)
7:30pm - Masquerade
9:00pm - Breathe - possibly go to the bathroom
11:00pm - Fursuit Dance

Sunday:
10:00am - Voice Over Acting with Rob Paulsen
11:30am - 12:30am - Using Your Powers for Good
2:00pm - Fursuit Games
5:30pm - Closing cermonies
after closing cermonies - collapse

Monday:
9am - Meeting
10am - need to leave Pittsburgh for Cleveland

Weell, this is how the next two days shape up for me.

Wednesday

7:00pm - 10:00pm Pack and repack my car and trailer

Thursday

8:00am - 3:00pm Drive to Pittsburgh
3:01pm - 3:47pm Unload puppet stage and equipment to be brought up to the Puppetorium
3:48pm - 4:23pm Check in. Notify roomate I've arrived. Unload remaining puppets and props and bring them to my room.
4:24pm - 4:45pm Park. (Found a nice indoor lot with video surveillance and spaces that can accept a car and trailer. It's inexpensive on the weekends but a bit of a walk.)
4:47pm - 4:59pm Register
5:00pm - 6:00pm Start the puppet stage assembly. (Could use a couple of volunteers here)
6:01pm - 8:25pm Grab a shower and a bite
8:30pm - 9:15pm Meeting (I believe that's the time you gave, KP)
9:30pm - 11:52pm Attend that play reading everyone is so excited about. (Or make it an early night, I'll see how I feel.)

Wednesday 11am: Arrive at airport.

Wednesday 1pmish: Arrive at hotel.

Wednesday afternoon: At same point after socializing with folks, get spotted by Bennie and work on stuff.

Thursday: Registration

Friday : Registration

Saturday : Registration, dealer's room, K&K Social maybe

Sunday: Registration, dealer's room

Sunday night: If anyone invites me to a party, get utterly toasted

Monday Noonish: Pack and Stagger towards airport

Monday Afternoon: Fly home

Monday Evening-Tuesday 1pm: SLEEP FINALLY

0830 am 7/5/07 - Arrive at Courtyard by Marriot hotel and check in
0900 am 7/5/07 - Begin pestering ConStaff about when the pre-reg line for Supersponsors (weg) will be opening.
0000 am 7/6/07 - Celebrate birthday with 2500+ of my closest strangers, unknowns, and acquaintances, not to mention friends. Celebrations to last until 1159 pm 7/6/07 (or whenever I actually fall asleep). Festivities to include... (things that can't be mentioned on a family-friendly board)
1159 am 7/9/07 - Check out from Courtyard hotel
1215 pm 7/9/07 - Begin suffering from post-con depression as we start 6 hour ride home.
0645 pm 7/9/07 - Pick up puppy (85lb German Shepherd/Akita mix) from Vet/Kennel and start to feel a little better about being home.
