is there an update on Fernando (sp)?

got word that somebody got bricked by a griefer. Last I heard the Fur was in the hospital being kept for observation. Is there any update available on his status?

Not that I know of.

The story that was reported to us in Con Ops is that some furs were dining at Fernando's and a panhandler began bothering them. The owner and/or manager of Fernando's chased the panhandler off who then began throwing rocks. One of the rocks struck the owner/manager in the face, requiring him to have get stitches.

I'm told that the police also caught the panhandler and tasered him. Twice.

It sucks that the guy from Fernando's was injured, but it's awesome that he stood up for us furs like that. I'll be sure to drop by next year and purchase some food from there -- they've earned it.

Last I heard, he was at home recovering, he had several stitches and a cracked skull. Folks at the store think he'll be back to work in a few days.

I'll be calling them tomarrow to check up
