I just learned that the so called largest Star Trek convention in the world entertained around 13,000 guests. Just think! Using the same percentage as this year's parade, that's about 1,611 fursuiters. Perhaps someday, huh Kage? *signature Steve-o thumbs up* |

According to Wikifur, Guiness World Records is reviewing a claim that the 353 fursuiters at the fursuit parade of Anthrocon 2007 may be a world record for Most Mascots in a Parade.

Yes, I did some research into that myself, and the only others I could find claiming hold to the record had less then 250 suiters. It would be cool to get the fandom into the Guiness Book.

Heh, with that many suiters, they'd need an entire day just for the parade. It's already too many, they ought to have it as a double-file line next year.
