I just posted a rough draft of the fursuit parade on the concourse. Comments welcome and needed. I would like to challenge you all to name all the critters in that photo. Too bad that's not actually a straight line... several furs are hidden behind others the way the edge of the concourse zigzags along. It'll make naming/numbering a little difficult.
Then again, there likely wouldn't have been enough room if they had been in a straight line.

Erf.... interesting photo, but... couple of fursuiters that I know were in the parade are interestingly missing... even myself. I was standing in front of Growly.
I would be the almost pure white rabbit with the black tipped ears and white and gray shirt:)on the far right side of the pic.

Good pic on the highest rez version. Found my 2 purple skunk friends very quickly.
That said, I found it a bit of a problem (as did lots of the folks I talked to who were in the parade) that there was no way at all of knowing when the picture was being taken. As you notice, there are large numbers of folks facing the wrong way.
SOOOO maybe in future have radio contact with some folks on the balcony with us. Then say "Ok we'll take the pictures in 20 seconds" have the person on the balcony use one of those portable air horns (you know, like a caned air can type one with a horn on top, like people use at sports matches all the time) give 2 quick blasts so everyone knows to turn around and face out.
Could even explain that to people before the parade starts in the ballroom, so folks know what to wait for. Just a sugestion, but I think it would help for a better photo.
