Needing Help....

I'm what you'd call more of a closet fur really. I have need to be as my boyfried is a fur-a-phobe due to a bad childhood experience, and all my friends mutually hate furs. I dont know how they'd respond to me. I'd tell my parents, but Id never hear the end of it from my brother whos also a hater of the fur con. And also he already thinks I have "feelings" towards animals whcich I dont. The last thing I want is to be called a zooaphile, which Im alreadsy called a herpophile. But Im not, honestly. I've never really "come out" with this before and I don't know how to react to it all. It's honestly quite scary.
