A "Newborn" furry, from Hungary!

Hi everybody! I'm just a 20 year poor soul wishing to go to a fun con, though not having any money, or a fursuit makes it a bit hard. Let me tall ya, Me and my friend counted the costs of going to the '08 AC, and things added up, a little dirty. Turns out we're over about 334.000 Hungarian Forint's (That's about $2000). The price, of a pretty decent used car And this week, I started to work on my first ever fursuit, so things are looking up. Hope to be seeing you guys in the near future, on AC! |
. With a little over 75.000 HUF for a month's pay, it's questionable that I'll make the '08 AC, but I haven't given up hope yet. And if I can't make '08, there's still '09 right?

You might check out http://www.furry.hu. It is run by my esteemed friend Ralesk. I discovered it when I was preparing for a trip to Budapest and wanted to find someone that I could talk to while I was visiting. The Magyarfurs turned out to be delightful hosts!

its nice to meet a fellow fur from hungary.

if i am correct my grandma was cousins to the gundel family, but i could be mistaken on wich family member it is.

Maybe 90% of us do not have fursuits,
and a lot of us have no plans to GET fursuits.

very true it is a very common mis understanding. i have been in the fandom for about 6 years and i don't have a suit, although i kinda want one... i dont have any intention of getting one currently.

Yes, I know I don't need a fursuit to be a furry, but I've been meaning to get one, for a year now, before I even knew that there is a thing called furry fandom. Even if I won't have a suit, I want to go to AC, but my biggest concern right now, is money.
