New menu setup and new group

Hi folks,

Two minor things:

1) I Modified the layout of the menus on the left side of the page. I tried putting some of the items into more logical groups so as to make it easier to navigate the website.

2) I created a new group for people who are interested in helping contribute content to the website. It can be found at: http://www.anthrocon.org/groups/website-content
