I got the idea from something another con is planning to put together. Anime Weekend Atlanta is making a cos-play gallery for this year's con, showing off some of the more interesting and impressive costumes from AWA past. I was wonderign why we couldn't do the same. I know there are several fursuiters otu there that have several suits, and some that are retired. I think ti might be plausable to set up a display to show of the craftmanship and art of these fursuits.

Just an idea. Wanted to see what other's thought.

Cedar

Ooh, that would be something to see. I think FC does something like this. It's not really a gallery, but it is something on showing off retired fursuits. I like the idea Smiling

Lance Ikegawa and other costumers in the past have shown their creations in the Art Show (not for sale), although it might be hard to find space in the current Art Show layout for more than a couple. If enough costumers were interested, we could see about finding a place to display them. (Although, I believe in some cases costumes are retired because they're worn out and are literally falling apart.)
