i saw that goofballs video a while ago when i was checking out videos of Anthrocon.
he's just some loser with nothing better to do, then to try to make a whole group look bad.
he didn't sway my vote to go.
funny thing is he paid to get in so he supported AC. he probebly didn't think about that.

he paid to get in.
Second,
he conducted himself properly at the con, since he didn't get thrown out
by the Dorsai.
Third,
he spent time in the events, doing stuff.
Fourth,
he was in the Fursuit Parade. (I have a pic of him in it.)
So, except for the video afterwards, he was as involved as most of the
non-staff, non-panelists.
Anyone think that all that effort wasn't just for a YouTube video-
but that he wanted an excuse to wear a fursuit and hang out with furries?
Anyone think he's a fursuiter with denial issues?

Lol, I remember that guy! I was working in the registration line and I registered him. I chuckled at his name. He seemed like an alright fellow. Though he had a few misconceptions.

Don't judge the guy based on the vid. He wasn't the one who did the editing. I've actually talked with him on several occasious about the vid. Turns out Some website was having him try to find bad things about AC, but when he realized that there wasn't anything bad about it, he didn't try to look for bad things (unlike most reporters). And.... I forgot where I was going with this. ^_^
And yes I know I am in there.

permalinkRegarding what Theyain said, it's like one of those tabloid systems where they cut and crop things to their liking.
Hard to tell what the real story is. But, comments made by a couple individuals (like the one in the red shirt and shaved head) just plain irritating. Oh well, they'll get what's coming to 'em.

Seeing that video didnt make me feel there's any way to try overly dig in to the bad sides... more like just a first timer asking bunch of ignorant questions, but he didnt seem serious. I vouch for the theory of fursuiter in denial, heh
