I say a trend might start amongst the forum here. "Name that object". Seems a bit enjoyable. However, Tazz, a sink drain plug? Tsk tsk tsk, I shake my head at you and give you a "nyet". Eye-wink

Give the people something much more challenging. Name the object, you get a prize. What's the price you ask? .........durnit, (no, not DONUT) what was I going to offer? Oh right, it is a donut. Chocolate covered with sprinkles. Cause you can never go wrong with sprinkles.

Furries of all, name this item. I can be so evil. Smiling

I am referring to the engine. That's the ONLY clue you're going to get. What is it?

I'll accept either what it belongs in or what type of motor it is. Hey, I've been up since 3am, in the frigid cold, freezin' my poor little Rooskie toes off. I think I'm allowed to post something like this. Smiling

From the shallowness of the engine compartment, I'd guess it's one of Mazda's rotary (Wankel) engines.

Wow, nice! A lot of people would just stare at it and probably wonder where the engine is! *L* You get a donut.....although I ate half of it already. Still want it?

Yes, that is a 13B motor out of my '85 FB GSL-SE. 1.3L 2 rotor engine. Over 200,090 miles on it, and if it was taken care of right, I got another 50K left in it.

Yeah but at least they're better than those ones that make you guess which body part it is. Those always make me question myself.

Dr. Felix Wankel, the guy who perfected the rotary engine. It is a blast to see the look on someone's face when I ask them "Do you want to play with my Wankel?" . Laughing out loud Everyone in the RX-7 Community will get that gag.

Including: "When you mention about 2 Doritos on a stick, you're not talking about your lunch." *L*

This link shows how the inside of it works. You'll get the gag once you view it. Smiling

Animation is better than this representation I found.

Just a note, Volk, but none of these images are coming through for me. I see the RX7club.com logo, and "Unauthorized Image Linking / For access please contact ryan@rx7..."

Thanks for letting me know. It was working before, it's working on my end still, but I'll see about getting it fixed. Otherwise, I'll do some of that computer stuff I like to do and switch some things around.

Thanks for the heads up.
