Hehe, hope everyone has everything together. xD Because with 200 days left on that countdown, it'll only go by that much quicker. ...and I still need to get my bus tickets. x.x
Patience, my friend, patience. 200 days is but a mere infinitesimal number. Relish each day that passes as you draw closer to the "Super Bowl of Furry Conventions."
OMG, 200 days? Really? Meh. Plenty of time. If I can arrange a trip, get packed, get a roomshare, and everything like that in little under a month (last year), 200 days is gonna be simple. XD
dam 200days well thats enough time to get my skyline over 788bhp bay yEAh

We do not believe you. We think you are lieing. In order for us to believe you own such a car, we want some pictures that look real. Not pictures taken from a website that has the cars. Not a PhotoChop picture. An actual picture of you, the car, a sign that maybe says AC, whatever.
And everyone else, sorry for dragging this off-topic. If JOR5Z...whatever actually has pics of this mythical super-rare musclecar, they should probably be posted elsewhere. This was just a convenient place to call for them.

.... Did I miss something? o.O All I see are a bunch of smiley faces holding up signs. xD Anywho, to kick this topic back on track....or at least beside it... I'm hoping my registration form got through alright. That's been the one thing on my mind all this time. The bus fare I'll get after the holidays are over.
I'm sure that it has arrived without a hitch. It should've been received within 2-4 business days if mailed via 1st Class stamp. I'm not sure if Uncle Kage would be the one to contact about making sure it did arrive, but I'm sure he or Giza or someone else might be able to point you in the right direction on who to ask.
Note that they may take 2-3 week to process. This is due to 1) Waiting for a sufficient load to make setting up the credit card machine, printer, and postage meter worthwhile, and 2) That Uncle Kage and I work during the week.
And Uncle Kage was bad this weekend and went to the movies and had dinner with friends and drank eggnog. Mmmm, eggnog!
But all of the mail-in registrations were processed, and should be uploaded into the main registration system this week. When that happens, you'll get an email confirmation.
Starting in January we'll start sending out the paper confirmations. They haven't been sent out yet because I'm agonizing over what color to make them this year.

Make them... green? Like the minty green that we have the website set up as?
I just got back from seeing it. It was good. Will Smith is definitely a most spectacular actor. The directing was also fantastic. But I liked Golden Compass better. Just...plot and dialogue made it just a bit more entertaining.
My favs are still "V for Vendetta" and "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon".

Are you sure it was good? Really? Have you read the book? Was it anything like it?
I'm going to see it tomorrow. I work at a movie theater, so I get in free. Since you say that it's good, I'll assume that it's worth the 2 hours and 6 minutes of my only day off this week. Because that's how much I value your opinion. I just wanted you to know.

Yup, it's all downhill from here. xD
...and as the ball dropped in Times Square, so did another day that brought us that much closer to AC. xD And I STILL need to get those darn bus tickets! >_<
Don't forget... if you get Greyhound tickets more than
14 business days in advance, they're a LOT cheaper than
if you get them the same week or same day.
