I'd like to apologise if this is taking up unnecessary space here, but I was wondering if anyone could help me out? I hadn't heard anything from the PA tax place for me to file my earnings (usually they send a reminder in the mail), so I tried looking for that little blue piece of paper that has all the info on it on where their webpage was, how to file it, and so on. Unfortunately, I had originally put it in a "safe place so I wouldn't loose it", and now I can't even remember where that "safe place" is =P Anyways, if anyone knows the URL on where I can go to file for my earnings from AC'06, if this is the right time to do it at, that would be great Thanks in advance! |

I'm not involved with the Dealers' Room directly, but would this page be of any help?

Actually, yes it does! I remember reading that page, but I must have totally over-looked the URL of the Revenue webpage on there
Thanks so much!

PA Dept of Revenue no longer sends out reminders. They want everything done electronically now. You'll need to set yourself up with their amazing ETIDES system.

permalinkOn a somewhat related note, I filed my earnings and sent in the check for the sales tax a little while ago the old-fashioned way (snail mail), but got a reminder in the email recently stating: Your Sales, Use & Hotel Occupancy Tax semi-annual return/payment is due 08/21/2006. You can transmit your return and/or ACH Debit payment anytime prior to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time of the due date and be considered timely. Failure to file prior to this time may result in late filing fees.
Is this the same thing, or something entirely different? I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question, I'm not terribly familiar with PA's tax system.

It is possible that they didn't get your check yet.
Since I'm not much of a tax guy myself, I think your best bet would be to call up the PA Department of Revenue and ask them the question.
