Hunting a particular fur

as I drove to work tonight I had an idea for a picture to draw for this year's conbook. Thing is... it involves a fur I saw wandering around this last year. Thr man in question was that guy who had the T-bone steak hanging from a stick who was wanderign about teh con. Anyone know who he was? I kinda want to shoot him a few emails but all I knowa bout him is that he's "that guy". Help?
