I doubt if most geography-based systems would note sexual orientation.
However, you could try pounced.org, run a search on sexual orientation, gender, and age, and see what you get. Many or most folks on there list their state and often their city, so you could check that. I can't remember if the search engine allows you to query by state/province, but it seems likely that it would. The vast majority of the folks i remember seeing on there are bi, so maybe that's a step in the right direction.
Hope that helps. *smiles*

When it comes to finding an SO, all I can suggest is: networking, networking, networking.
Make friends, and get to know their friends, and their friends too. It will expose you to a wider group of people, which increases the chances of finding someone that you connect with.

I live in Laredo, but I MIGHT move to Houston sometime this fall, depending on how things go. BTW I have lived there before. Not in the Southeast where Seabrook, La porte, League City and such are, but in the Northwest area along 290.
Oh yeah, Im gay too hehe.
