Question on Fursuit choice.

If instead of going as my fennec I was going to choose, would there be a problem if I were to go as character already known. I was thinking of Garurumon from Digimon. But I want to see if that'd be ok so I don't end up going and getting into trouble. |

You can make a costume of just about anything you want. The only time it becomes awkward is if you want to make a suit of a specific trademark character of one of the artists within the fandom (such as Chester Ringtail or ZigZag). In that event, it's good form to contact the artist ahead of time and get permission.
Other people have made Digimon-based suits without anyone giving them any grief.
