What do you have to have to qualify?

I was wondering what parts of the suit you needed to qualify to be in the fursuit parade. I'm not sure if I'm bringing my fullsuit or not.

Is it a must to have a head made to be in the parade?

I'm working on another suit and I dunno if I will have a head by then. Right now the suit consists of footpaws, furry pants, and a tail. I might have paws and ears by then tho.

I was wondering if I would qualify for the parade id that was all I wore.
