Entrance into the con?

Alright, I was curious if I end up staying at my house instead of the hotel (since I live only 30min away from the convention) if I would have any entrance into the con problems, or would just showing my ID badge signify to allow me in? |

Hiya! Your badge is your entrance into the entire convention, so as long as you have that, you're golden and should have no trouble.

I concur with BBTyger. All you need for the con is your badge, but while 30 minutes is shorter (I am definately jealous of the distance myself) you lose an hour each day! And so much happens at any given time and there's always so many people to meet. Maybe it's just me but I really like the enviroment of being that close to the con and knowing I'm surrounded my similar minded people all the time....well I suppose at the Omni is just most of the time. Though the reactions from people in suits is usually priceless.

Make sure you keep the schedule on you. Because you are losing an entire hour driving to and from the convention, you want to show up during the panels that you've selected to see beforehand.
Since you live so close, it might be in your best interest to pack a lunch, too.
Keep your badge on you at all times, and in plain sight. As so long as the Dorsai can see your badge, you're fine.
