Based on prior experience, registration will be open on Thursday. I can only say that they were open in the evening when I arrived. How early they opened I have no idea.

be the same time/place, but that's the best information to base a guess on.)

The Pocket Reader probably has the best answer for you, since that lists the
times for things. (It's the schedule.)

Unless we have Ridiculous Difficulties, Anthrocon Registration will open Thursday, early afternoon, for pre-reg and new reg. In fact, we usually process most of our attendees on Thursday and Friday morning before opening ceremonies.
The precise times we'll open each day have not yet been determined.
