I tried to go last year, as some of you may remember. Well things came up and I didn't manage to go But this year, I will be attending! Only difference between last year and this, was that my parents were going to send me (and we lost funds). This time, I've got my own jobs and am putting off the money to go. We're getting a room booked as well as our flight before the end of this month and we are headed to AnthroCon in June! I'll be suiting as Makki of course, and if I can manage to finish my "secret" project then you may see a new suit running around. This is going to be exciting. My first convention EVER! And I'm hoping to meet up with some of my friends there. LAST year, I was nervous because I didn't think I would know ANYBODY. BUT I've had a year to make a few friends and acquaintances I hope to meet up with at the con. So this should be interesting. I've also been getting some insight and tips on congoing from experienced furs so hopefully I don't look like too much of an outcast there XD When I am in suit, feel free to give the "waffle" random huggles! Also, I was wondering if there is anything against bringing some random items to randomly give people... Something like... say... Sponges with little doodles or writing on them? XD I am also curious... Nobody has really given me much information on this: What is the "Masquerade" and who can all attend/be part of this event? |

The Masquerade is a show with different furries showing off their talents. I believe it's on Saturday night. Don't quote me tho.

haha, random items? Oh i'd love one o' those. I could hang it from my jacket with safety pins if it's not a bowling ball or something haha.
PS: Interested in meeting people there too, first time for me too. I'm kinda hard to miss too, green short jacket with ramones back patch and a mohawk. Easy 'nuff ^^
