My suggestion is that once our Programming schedule is published, to choose a date and time, create an entire for it in Google Calendar, and send out invites to folks through Google's invite function.

I'm not sure exactly what your planning and who's invited but if you're thinking of getting some early-furs together Thursday morning and having breakfast (something along the lines of what you were planning last year) I'm kinda interested seeing as I'll most likely be arriving 4am Thursday morning. And besides, what an opportunity to meet furs at Anthrocon for the first time! That's my two cents anyway.
