I have a local acquaintance who says he may take a carpool down to the con. My plans were based around this. Now, he says there is only a 50/50 chance that his plan will go into motion. I need backup. I want to arrive in Pittsburgh on the 25th and head home the 30th. I am flexible, though, if needed. Can anyone give a poor Chihuahua a paw? I don't bite. I am located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I am willing to travel to Montreal or Kingston to get a ride. I am also willing to be picked up here or in one of those two cities if it is on someone's way. |

Driving Total: $350 + 16h
So, flying is only more economically sound if you consider your time worth more than $37.50/h. So... unless that's the case... you're 100% right. Flying's a bad idea. Sorry.

I'm a friendly dragon from Ottawa and I'm planning to travel via Greyhound Buslines. I'd love to have some company on the trip and if two people travel we get a discount to. Right now, my plan is to leave on the 25th, arrive in the morning the next day, and depart on Monday the 30th. I'd have liked to arrive on the 25th but I wasn't able to get a room booked for that day. Anyway, contact me if you're interested and we can discuss details.
