My first furmeet at Emerald Square Mall turned out to be quite better than I expected. Thanks to the aid of Cayce, a few of the local furries came to join the fun. We gained quite a bit of popularity from both consumers, as well as the staff. It turned out to be quite a fun-filled day, as we all headed to Toys 'R' Us across Route 1 of the mall. It was so good in fact, I plan on doing it again. ^_^ So PLEASE get the word out... Date: March 15, 2008 Time: 3 PM Location: Emerald Sqare Mall Food Court located on the third floor Address: 999 South Washington street, located right off of Route 1 Activities: Shopping, hanging out, chatting. Just a thought, you might want to use more local groups and sites to advertise this, now that you've done it once and it worked well. The Anthrocon forum is really broad, and reaches a relatively small number of people in your area, relative to the number of furs up there and the number of active users here. Plus, the activity here kinda drops to nothing after AC is over
