Depends on your definitions of "near" and "RV park". A cursory Google search shows that the closest instance of something like what you're looking for is a KOA in Washington, PA, almost 30 miles south of downtown Pittsburgh (translation: A very, very long drive with city traffic). Considering that the convention center is about dead-center in the business district of a major east coast city, you'll probably be hard-pressed to even find a place to park something that size, let alone set it up for the weekend, within a reasonable distance of AC.

I can't even think of anyone who lives in the vicinity with enough land/driveway to park anything bigger than a full-size pickup truck for the whole weekend.

For some reason I was thinking of the "set the thing up and camp in it"-type of RV park Sticking out tongue

I think our original poster was, as well.

While an RV could be parked inthe 15th/Smallman lot, I don't think I'd recommend it. It's in the middle of the downtown area of a major city, and I am not certain it is the best environment for camping.
