Marriott Courtyard room to share (*FULL!*)

Hello, I've made a reservation for the Courtyard Marriott Downtown (the one across from the Westin) for 26-30, (checking out on the 30th, so 4 nights) with the total cost of the room being approximately $680.

There is one remaining spot - if you are female I'm sure the two other guys wouldn't mind letting you have the rollaway bed, otherwise you will have to decide amongst yourselves who takes that and who shares the other queen. I am asking $155 per person (the extra $5 is for the Paypal fee, tips for hotel staff not included) and I will cover the remainder.

"Rules":

Besides the fact this is a nonsmoking hotel I do not want any roomies who smoke because I'm pretty sensitive to it even if you were smoking outside a half-an-hour ago (plus it sticks in your clothes ). I am also a kind of quiet person, though all I ask is that alcohol be kept to a minimum in the room and that you clean up after yourself. I don't want to set any "hours," just be considerate in not slamming the door or making a racket if you come in at 3 AM. Other than that, 'm not prejudice and open to making friends.

Most likely I will set a deadline for one month prior (25 May) for your share of the room (PayPal please).
