Room for 2-3 at the Omni

Room Share - Room to Offer

Location: Texas

I'm looking for two or three roommates in my double at the Omni. I will be arriving Thursday morning and leaving on Sunday afternoon. If you are interested, these are the rules -

-Please be clean. I don't mean you gotta be a neat-freak, but showers are a must.
-Fursuits are fine, as long as they're clean as well.
-Be respectful of me and my stuff.
-Please no huge loud parties/riots/whatever. A drink with some friends is cool, but destroying the room is not.
-I'm NOT looking for a 'hands-on' experience, if you know what I mean. Just a couple folks to split the bill with.
-The bill, yeah, it'll be split equally amongst the group of us. If you take the couch we'll talk, it'll be less than a bed.

I'm an easy person to get along with as long as a few rules are followed.

My mate will be there Friday and Saturday night. There's two double beds and a couch in the room, and I'm willing to rent out floor space as well. If you want to help me setup my dealer's room table, I'll slice ya a portion of the profits. Any questions, ask.

Hi.

Can you give a few more specifics? How much do you expect the split to be? As I posted to another, I'm probably going to be the most unobtrusive roomie you can find. I'll be working a bunch of the time and looking around the rest.

I'm not incredibly fussy either (though at least a few hours on a bed would be nice).

If there's four people in the room, and all use beds, the split would be $95 a person. If there's three people in the room, all using beds, the split would be $125 a person. If there's four people in the room, three use the bed and one uses the couch, it'd be $105 for each person using a bed, and $75 for the person on the couch. That's for the entire weekend.

I am willing to negotiate on the price if I can get help with my dealer's table from time to time.

Anyhoo, that's all, if you're interested please let me know. At the moment you and the guy below you are just fine with me Smiling

Bleh! I should have actually subscribed to this page (thought I had). Anyway, I've managed a room (thank you for the offer though). But I know of several other people are still looking so you'll get your people, I'm sure of it.
