What would you bring to Anthrocon if you could?

Like so many other furs, I have overstocked on everything furry. I have puppets, props, sets, fursuits, plush and miscellaneous bric-a-brac. My car can only carry so much, (I myself, so much less). So the question is: What are you leaving at home that you wish you could bring? |

Don't chew on 'em.
If I could, I'd bring my car
Then you could see how efficient, comfortable, quiet & quick a -good- diesel car actually can be - should a manufacturer actually want to build one.

You can blame government regs for that. However, they are coming back. Just heard about a new diesel car is coming out soon. Something tells me there is heavy pressure to relax or repel the regs that prevent small diesel engines in passenger cars or hybrids.
What would I like to bring? A full RV unit to stay in so one isn't disturbed by housekeeping and what not.

Probably my Desktop computer as it looks like I wont be able to get a labtop in time for the Con so I wouldn't have to share. Too bad it wont fit in my bags on the plane and the shipping costs may be on the high side. Damn you airlines and your cheap tricks.
And while I'm at it probably my lil ol' collection of Mexican liquor and my grandmas great Southern cooking. I may not be in Texas for those 4 days, but it sure feel like it when you got hooked on that stuff.

haha Start walking more. It's good exercise and practice!
As for me.... I don't have much to bring, I don't like electronics so I don't have anything like that... hmmm... I guess I don't have anything I wanna bring that I'm not bringing!
EDIT: Hold up, now that I think about it... my weights... I wish I could bring my weights.

permalinkWhy would you want to bring your weights? There is a gym at the hotel.

My hat.
That's it - just my hat.
Good ol' Broad-brimmed felt hat...so comfy, serves me well, keeps the sun out of my eyes and off my pate; keeps the rain off my glasses and from rolling down the back of my neck...
Yep - kinda worn and sweat-stained, from a coupla years of use outside; a little disreputable-looking, perhaps, but comfortable and friendly. Crushes up, but opens out all right afterwards. Scotch-Guarded.
Ayep - If it were allowed - I'd bring my hat.

Well, there may - or may not - be a Story connected there, though admittedly kinda slim workings for one; but I shall leave the judgement on THAT to those who are more fit to tell such stories.

What will I bring? Well, let's see...
1.) PSP
2.) NDS
3.) Lotsa cash
4.) My good friend Dark Leopard.
5.) 1:8 scale Radio Shack R/C Ford F350 with 4 wheel drive, digital proportional controls, and the battery charger.
6.) Pepsi
7.) A few changes of cloths
8.) My Old Spice deodorant, shaving razors, and other much needed ammenities.
9.) Digital camera with plenty of batteries, and SD memory cards
10.) Plenty of energy to keep me running day an night. xD
Well, that should do it. I'm only bringing the truck for showing purposes only, and don't intend to drive it all over the place. Last thing I want to have happen is someone going for a ride, or worse. ^^; If I do operate it, it'll be within an enclosed area. As for the Pepsi, ALWAYS got to have the Pepsi. xD

A Banhammer. Now I'm picturing a tool that pounds Ban Roll-On antiperspirant into people.
Where can we buy about 20 of these?

Any sort of deodorant-firing weapon would be fantastic. Can we rig up some of those teargas cans that go in those 'thwoomp' tubes to spray it on everyone around?

My cooler/camper stove combo. Packed to the brim with ice, fresh veggies, sauces, prime cuts of meat and a selection of wines.
Because eating out is the pits!
I might bring the wines, however :3
