decent quality wigs or synthetic hair?

I'm tryign to find dry looking hair, like most fur. I'm not wanting shiny hair, but something possibly white and dry.

Anyone have any recommendations on where to order?

Ah well Roo...

I found what I was looking for... horse tail. went to crazycrow.com and found dyed horse tails and also available in white.
