Names on pre-registration Checks

I'm getting ready to send my pre-registration form, and I was planning to send a check. The thing is, the check has my mum's name on it, not mine. I was wondering if that would be a problem, since we don't have the same last name either.

Shouldn't be a problem, but writing your name in the memo field would help us keep track of who the check is for. Thanks!

In addition to what Giza said: for obvious reasons, your mother needs to be the one signing the check. But I'm pretty sure you knew that.
