Dealers Room: Final Deadlines Approaching!

Hidey-ho, good neighbors, and a fine Wednesday morning to you.

Let's get this out of the way quick: there are a number of deadlines coming up very quickly, and two important ones are for Dealers.

May 15: this is the very very very very very last day to request a cancellation and recieve a 50% refund. This is TOMORROW for those playing at home. Any cancellation request received on May 16 or later will be processed, but no refund can be issued.

May 25: this is the last day we will accept adjustments to your application. This is anything on your application, including Dealer's Assistants, dealership names, requests for power or wall space, re-assignment requests, anything. With exceptions granted for situations beyond the control of mortal men and women and miscellany, the books will shut that day and the staff will do our urgent last-ditch power scanning.

If there are problems, you will need to get those addressed right away by emailing dealers-2008{at}anthrocon.org (replace the {at} with an @, of course). Time is of the essence!
