printable registration form info

Hello, I'm a little new to conventions but am hoping to make AC'07 my first one if I can get there.
I was looking over the printable registration form and was wondering something, seeing as i'm from England can I still use this form because I wouldn't be able to fill in anything for the State and zip code boxes.
Any information about this will be appreceated, thank you.

Just enter your mailing address as you normally would. We just need to know where to send your confirmation (or any lost items after the con, etc.).
