When will we know about the conbook contest results?

Location: Youngstown, OH

Xydexx had announced a conbook contest some time back: http://www.anthrocon.org/node/2372 . It's been almost a month since the due date, I'm guessing if I'd won or was going to be included I'd have been informed by now but I don't know how such things work. Does anyone know?
