Brief Question Reguarding Mature Art Policy

So I was reading through the Artist Alley rules and such, and I've a brief question regarding the display of mature artwork. At previous conventions I've attended, all mature artwork was required to have fig leaf coverings. However from what I understand after reading the rules here, that is not required PROVIDED that all mature artwork is in a separate and clearly marked binder or portfolio that minors cannot access, furthermore that mature artwork may be displayed openly PROVIDED it DOES have a fig leaf. Am I interpreting these rules correctly?

Mature artwork falls under this statement: "The general rule here is that all artwork on public display must have a rating no greater than PG-13 except in clearly designated areas - and Artists Alley is not one of those clearly designated areas."

As for whether artwork in separate binders needs to be covered, unless you can guarantee to me that each and every single time that binder is picked up and viewed that no one who is standing nearby will see any fleshy bits that they may not be interested in seeing (or of the proper age to see), then cover it up.

Which is a long way of saying: save yourself and Artists Alley staff a lot of hassle and cover it up.
