Transportation to Hotel

Location: Yreka, California, USA

So I've got my room at the Courtyard by Marriott, but much to my dismay, there are no shuttle services to said hotel. What do you guys recommend I do? I know cab drivers can and usually will overcharge/take alternate (longer) routes to increase their take on out-of-towners, so I really don't want to take a cab.

I assume you mean from the airport?
