Room for One

A friend of mine and I are offering up one place to rest your head for someone who wants to share our room. It is reserved at the Omni Hotel. The room is booked from the 26th from check-in (3 pm) to the 29th at check-out (12 pm).

The only requirements are that the person who chooses to share with us is:
-Female (preferably between the age of 19 and 30)
-Refrains from drinking or smoking while in the room, and
-Does not stay up too late once we are ready for bed. (teeth brushed, jammies on, in a horizontal position or in the last steps of their nightly routine).

The cost will be: $250

We would prefer Paypal upfront rather than meeting and getting cash in PA.

The deadline for payment will be Monday, the 23rd, by 12 AM EST

Anyone who wants to take us up on this offer should be aware that one of us is fur-suiting. Therefore we need the room to stay as clean as possible, and the person who is in costume gets first dibs on the bathroom in the morning.
