Well cheesecake factory doesn't take reservations apparently- so my friend(Who is hosting a dinner for some close friends) want to find a place of comparable quality for us to chow down at. The only other place I could come up with was ruth's chris(But thats a little overbudget for ANYONE- I don't care HOW rich you are |

Should have thought of Sonoma Grill right by the hotel. Have the Tasting Menu and just let the chefs cook whatever they feel like

That sounds interesting... and potentially dangerous haha. I guess it would be fun if one was feeling spontaneous

permalinkI know you already said never mind.. but check out the Church Brew Works. Its absolutely incredible - the food, the atmosphere... WAY better than Cheesecake Factory. Not as ritzy as Ruth's Chris, but not as pricey either
You'll have to take a cab there, but its one of my favorite restaurants.

Seconded, Church Brew Works is purely awesome. They have a wide variety of item prices, from cheap bar food to heavenly filet mignon. I'm told they have excellent beer, too, if you like microbreweries

The Coal Hill Steakhouse near the top of the Duquesne Incline is also nice overlooking downtown from the edge of the Mt Washington neighborhood.

I can't believe no one's mentioned The Original Fish Market, which is right in the convention's hotel. They don't even list the prices on the menu.
