I tried searching around, I couldn't find a topic about this, at least recently, so here goes.

I wondered if anyone had decided on a calling frequency for this year's con. Last year we were lucky enough to have access to the awesome repeater (KF4RRY if i remember correctly) and I would like to thank whoever was responsible very much! I was wondering if the repeater will be active again this year, I found it to be extremely useful for group coordination and communication! Plus, the announcements regarding the convention were very useful as well. Secondly, having the 2-meter simplex link was very useful, as some folks have 2 meter only radios.

Anyhoo, I would love to know who it was that ran/supplied the repeater last year, as well as whether it will be at this year's con, and the frequencies. If not, then whether anybody has decided on a calling frequency.

Thanks and 73!

The repeater will be back once again. Depending on how smoothly setup goes, it'll be on the air sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday afternoon, and will come down Tuesday morning.

70cm side: 443.4, full duplex (positive offset), PL 100.0
2m side: 147.555, half duplex, PL 100.0

The machine cross-band repeats, and has the same call as last year, KF4RRY.

It'll also announce radio related schedule information every half hour.
