Hello, I have every intent of showing up to artist alley this year to do commissions, but I have a question lamination. Some, well ... just about all of the badges i do are irregular shapes and sizes. So the question I have is, will there be any sort of laminator access near, in or around the convention? Any advice would help. I've looked into maybe getting one, but I'm just kind of starting and they're EXPENSIVE.

Unfortunately, all I can say for certain is that we have no laminator in Artists Alley (and of course we cannot provide power to run one, but you already knew that Smiling ). Perhaps you can work out a deal with one of the dealers in the Dealers Room?

There are some very reasonably priced laminators out there: http://www.staples.com/office/supplies/p1_Laminating-Machines_15604_Business_Supplies_10051_SEARCH for example. I managed to get one for free after rebate on a Black Friday sale.

There are also quite a few people who will do laminations for a fee; ask around with your fellow dealers.
