well, simply put, i am sitting here at my comp at 1:30 am on thursday with the count- down to AC at 0, and i cant sleep at all because, well, its at 0, and i couldnt go this year -_-, so i charge anyone who reads this to keep me informed as to what is happening!!, i can only imagine the adventures that are starting or continuing at this very moment, and i seriousley doubt that everyone is sleeping -_-. although my parents have mentioned sending me next year as a graduation present, so there is hope for 2009! moreso because my birthday is on the 30th so if the con stays in this general time frame, they have no choice but to give in to my request ps. contrary to popular belief, none of you actually have a choice |
. this is probably a bit of an outrageous request, but by this time of morning without sleep, i become a bit....i want to say psychotic, but that seems a little off....basically if anything epic comes to pass, i want to know so i can keep the longing at bay.

Registration started early, because lots of people were already lining up, and they had everything already together.
The zoo ended up packed, well before the official mixer. The guy I'm rooming with and I left reasonably early to go back to our hotel rooms after eating.
A number of suiters were out entertaining the crowds, so it should be a busy weekend.

sounds like its going to be an incredible party, sounds like what happened when i went to PAX (penny arcade expo)last summer, huge amounts of people basically throwing themselves at the unprepared registraton desks, although without the fursuits, but we had a huge number of people cosplaying, so that would make up for it, tyvm for replying ^_^.

The Pre-Registration started early Thursday, to clarify. (Roughly at 1pm for Sponsor/Supersponsor, 2pm for Attending Pre-Reg). On-site started right at 3pm.
I'm amazed we had as much together as rapidly as we did. Kudos to my staff and volunteers for keeping it all moving, especially that early. ...and having the informational LCD screens at the Westin saying "Registration opens at Noon" probably got us moving a bit faster, to tell the truth. (I don't know where that information came from, by the by; I'm sorry for any confusion.)
