Looking for a fur..

Briefly at AC this year, I spoke to someone and didn't catch his name. He was pretty awesome in the conversation we had, and I'd like to find him, but have no idea who he is. He was pretty short, wearing a hat, running around most of Sunday with a large sheepdog puppet, and carried a backpack around most of the time. I wish I could give a better description, buuut. I'm pretty sure his fursona was a rat or a mouse or... honestly I don't even remember, but I'm just guessing. Anyone know who he is or how to contact him?
