Two questions I find important,

2) Can I Paint my face glow in the dark?

1. What they serve today will likely change by next year. Try calling the bar in June. As for under 21, almost certainly no.

If they DO have food there, is it bribery if I find ou (off duty if your security) and give you cash to buy them for me, as I am 16?

Do not use any glow-in-the-dark product that is not specifically intended for use directly on skin.
