Yes, until you turn 18. Reg staff need to know that you have your parents' permission to be there, and there's always the possibility that your parents let you go one year, but heard some strange story about your trip and decided that you couldn't go again.

Are there any like Banned Band name/logo t-shirts, Like slayer, Death, Carcass, Because I own a large amount of Metal T-shirts, that are uber comfy, although, I dont own any Uber gory-ish shirts, all the death shirt has on it is the logo, Is this okay?

I do not know whether any specific band T-shirt is barred.

If you check under Attendee Info and then Standards of Conduct on the left, you'll read the official policy. To be safe, I'd advise bringing shirts other than your Metal shirts as well, just in case Security and/or Kage decide that a specific shirt goes beyond acceptable.
