Former Anthrocon GOHs at S.D. Comic Con

Several former GOHs (and one Guest of OK) at Anthrocon will be at this year's
San Diego Comic Con, and if you're going, I envy you. While the Con goes on
I _will_ be in Calif...up in San Francisco area, though.
According to Jerry Beck's posts the guests include Floyd Norman, Scott Shaw!,
and Mark Evanier. Also an MST3K reunion, cartoon voices, and more...

I would be surprised if Stan Sakai were not also going to be there.

I know that Roz Gibson (one of our dealers) will have a table there; she is most notable for the furry character, Jack Salem. If you missed the opportunity, buy a copy of any of her Jack Salem graphic novels.

Stan has attended every San Diego Comic Con since its inception. He would not miss it for the world.

Actually, this will only be my 30th San Diego Comic-Con. It is Scott Shaw! who has attended every day of every SD Con. Even the first planning meeting to create the con was at his house.

So, when you told me in 2002, "gee, I've never missed a San Diego Comic Con, so I can't go to Anthrocon," you really were saying, "OMG save me from the freak with the mohawk!!!"
