Most of the answers to your questions on age-related issues can be found under Attendee Info, FAQ, Age Questions. In short, you will need a parentally signed and notarized permission slip. Or your parents can attend and sign the sheet. You (or your parents) cannot sign for your girlfriend if she's under 18; she will need the same parental permission slip. Do not try to sneak in using fake ID's: the staff is very good at spotting them and using them is a crime in Pennsylvania. The form of the note can be downloaded from the FAQ.
The official con activities run from about 10:00 AM to post-midnight on Friday and Saturday. Sunday is the last official day of the con and ends with closing ceremonies which usually start at 6:00 PM. That's the official timeline: People arrive as early as Wednesday and leave on Monday.
Cost varies. The earlier you buy the memberships, the cheaper they'll be. Figure $50 each at the door. Don't forget that the cost of going to Anthrocon includes transportation, lodging and food. These run up very quickly.

permalinkAs I read the FAQ Giza mentions below, no. Your birthday occurs after the con. Your date of birth would have to be July 2, 1991 or earlier to get in without needing the parental permission slip.
I do not speak officially for the con, however.

I think you'll find your question is answered in the very first paragraph of the FAQ which Giza linked you to yesterday.

AC almost always starts on a Thursday and ends on a Sunday, next year being form July 2 to July 5. Times for when events and activities will actually start varies as well as the events presented from year to year. You can look at the program for Anthrocon 08 to give you a rough idea of what to expect.
And if you wanna get her a lil extra something for the occasion, the artists alley and dealers den has tons of most triumphant goodies you can pick from. From prints, original works of art, jewelry, tee shirts, figurines, comics, plush toys... not a lot you can go wrong with.
And because were moving into hall B for next year, which is like the size of a football stadium, its a safe bet your find something just right even before you have the chance to explore EVERYTHING.
