New animes with furry chars which I declare 'good' :3

Well, been a good year for anime!

I shall name two which I've found quite good, and which also contain furry main characters!

The first is Amatsuki, which takes both points of view in the demon-human conflict. The demons are often fighting back against humans who destroy them indiscriminately, just as the demons are accused of doing. And one of the main character's traveling group carries a demon dog spirit within her. Also, there are quite a few morphic characters here and there, one of which is in the main group of not-really-bad-demons who is a bird-like creature. There's frequent interplay between him and the leader who always threatens to pull his feathers out.

The second has just begun, it' only on episode 2, but shown immense promise. It's entitled "Natsume Yuujin Chou", and is about a teenager named Natsume who inherits his grandmother's "Book of Friends", which has the names (and thus controls somewhat) of many akatsuki (demons/spirits) his grandmother defeated. The other main character is a demon cat named Madara, who looks like a goofy cartoon cat in his small form, but turns into a huge and awesome-looking demon feline-like creature, which is his real form. He wants the Book of Friends, and for some reason has decided to simply hang arond with and guard natsume instead of eating him, as he threatened to do at first. There's a hilarious scene in episode 2 where Natsume wakes up o find Madra's jaws looming over him. Hee hee!

I expect fan pictures of Madara to flood the Internets! Cats rule. >:3
