I would first like the thank The Westin Hotel for giving me a ride to the Greyound bus station the day after the con. After having taken the subway to the Steel City plaza, I wandered around for nearly an hour and a half trying to find the hotel. My question is, that when I arrive at the bus station again (plane tickets are already too high, and there's too much going on with the airlines themselves. v.v), will I be able to call the hotel for shuttle service?

They could, but it would be a very short ride. Theoretically, the Grant Street Transportation Center will be open by August of this year.

Where is that? Well, look at this satellite view. See that construction site at the corner of Liberty Ave. and 11th St.? That's the Grant Street Transportation Center, home of the new Greyhound station. You'll also note that it is conveniently located right across the street from Liberty Center, which is connected to the Westin by an indoor corridor (home of the tasty Brown Bag Deli!).
